Has a degree in History from Universidade Gama Filho (2004), did graduate studies (part time) in Modern History from Universidade Federal Fluminense (2006), has a Master’s (2009) and a Doctorate in Social History, thematic sector Modern History from Universidade Federal Fluminense (2013).
Has teaching and research experience in the area of History, with an emphasis on Modern History and the History of Brazil, working mainly with the following themes: Inquisition, Religion, Religiosity, Clergy, Justice, History of the Book, Education and School Assessment.
Areas of interest: Power, politics, culture, and religion in Modern History, and the History of Brazil.
