The Graduate Program in Education, Contemporary Contexts, and Popular Demands (PPGEDUC) at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) strictly adheres to the institutional norms that guide its decisions and actions. Furthermore, PPGEDUC adopts affirmative action policies in accordance with Deliberation No. 556/2023, aiming to promote inclusion and diversity, taking into account the specificities of each social group and societal demands. Affirmative actions are implemented in compliance with institutional guidelines and relevant legislation, aiming to ensure equal opportunities and a fairer and more democratic academic environment.
