DESCRIPTION: The research line aims to build strategic proposals and solutions for improving organizational performance relevant to each corporate reality of the productive and service sectors through their resources. To this end, actions along these lines include, among others: identifying, diagnosing, and prospecting organizational practices and those of their practitioners, systematizing the knowledge produced in the administration area, specifically on management strategies based on its workforce and intra and inter-organizational resources. The professional practice of administration and the rule of research in academic life is, in this line, considered as knowledge-intensive situations generated by work and workers, from which organizational performances, practices, and strategies derive.
