Infrastructure

The PPGGEO is a bi-campus program that conducts its activities at both the Department of Geography of the Institute of Agronomy [Seropédica – RJ] and the Department of Geography of the Disciplinary Institute [Nova Iguaçu – RJ].

There is an ever-present need for coordination with various related fields and with institutes and departments at UFRRJ to take full advantage of the available laboratory, teaching staff and technical infrastructure. The integration between the two campuses was planned for since the original design in an effort to strengthen, integrate and exchange experiences on the realities experienced by both courses on the two campuses, in order to generate new contributions for students of the courses, UFRRJ and society.
