Structure of the Master’s Program in Law
Summary of activities and courses to be completed by the graduate student.
. 1 (one) Course in the Field -> 60 hours (4 credits).
. 1 (one) Thematic Seminar -> 60 hours (4 credits).
. 2 (two) Courses in the Research Area -> 60 hours x 2 = 120 hours (8 credits)
. 2 (two) Elective Courses -> 60 hours x 2 = 120 hours (8 credits)
(As electives, students may take any courses and Thematic Seminars II and III offered by the Program, as well as courses from another program at UFRRJ or from another university)
. 2 (two) Orientation Seminars -> course load 30 hours x 2 = 60 hours (4 credits).
. 1 (one) Mandatory Teaching Internship = course load 60 hours (4 credits).
. Foreign Language Proficiency (0 hours)
Minimum Subtotal = 480 hours, 32 credits.
