The Doctorate-level Binational Graduate Program, in the form of Associated Centers Brazil and Argentina, involves the UFRRJ and the National University of Río Cuarto (Universidad Nacional de Rio Cuarto – UNRC). This program aims at greater integration between the two countries, in addition to scientific and technological development, strengthening Mercosul relations. Approved by CAPES in December 2008, starting in 2009, in the MULTIDISCIPLINAR I area, and has a concept 4.

Our mission is to qualify professionals to work in teaching, research and administration, in activities related to the themes of: management of environmental resources, soil and water, public policies within the countries that make up Mercosul, and animal and plant health.
