According to Operational Norm 001\/2013<\/a> of the National Health Council, Item 3.3A, the COVER SHEET FOR RESEARCH INVOLVING HUMAN SUBJECTS FORM<\/strong> (Cep\/CONEP System \u2013 via Plataforma Brasil) will be accepted for signature by the Pro-Rectory of Research and Graduate Studies exclusively through the new email: folhaderosto@ufrrj.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The form must be fully completed with the required information and digitally signed (gov.br) by the Responsible Researcher. The provided information must match the protocol details. The research title must be presented in Portuguese and must be identical to that of the research project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other submission methods will not be considered.
Please allow up to five (5) days for the return of the signed forms by PROPPG.
Once signed, the form will be sent back to the researcher to continue the submission process on Plataforma Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
