Answer: The student must contact the commission responsible for managing PPGEDUC resources via email at comissaoderecursosppgeduc@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How is the accounting for received funding for fieldwork or event participation done?<\/strong>
Answer: The student must send the travel receipts and proof of work presentation to the email comissaoderecursosppgeduc@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can a student enrolled in a Stricto sensu program simultaneously enroll in a Lato sensu course?<\/strong>
Answer: Yes, provided that the advisors and the boards of the Stricto sensu and Lato sensu courses approve it. If the students receive Social Demand\/CAPES scholarships, the PPGEDUC Scholarship Committee must also approve it due to the requirement for full dedication (Article 9, Section I, of CAPES Ordinance No. 76\/2010). Students interested in simultaneous enrollment should contact the program’s secretariat via email at ufrrj.secretariappgeduc@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can a student enrolled in a Stricto sensu program simultaneously enroll in an undergraduate program or another Stricto sensu program?<\/strong>
Answer: No, the UFRRJ Stricto sensu Graduate Program Regulations prohibit simultaneous enrollment in an undergraduate program and a Stricto sensu program or in two Stricto sensu programs at higher education institutions (public or private).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I created a user and password for the Student Portal but forgot them. How can I recover them?<\/strong>
Answer: The student must access the link: https:\/\/sigadmin.ufrrj.br\/admin\/public\/recuperar_login.jsf<\/a> to recover the login by providing the email registered in SIGAA. If the student no longer has access to that email, they must inform PPGEDUC of an active email for the secretariat to update it in SIGAA. Then, by accessing the above link, the system will send the login to the new email. After recovering the login, the student must recover the password by accessing the link: https:\/\/sigadmin.ufrrj.br\/admin\/public\/recuperar_senha.jsf<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I issue a student certificate?<\/strong>
Answer: Through UFRRJ’s Integrated Management System for Academic Activities (SIGAA), in the Student Portal, students can issue: Proof of Enrollment (Teaching Tab \u2013 Issue Proof of Enrollment), Certificate of Enrollment for the current academic period (Teaching Tab \u2013 Issue Certificate of Enrollment), and Academic Transcript (Teaching Tab \u2013 Issue Transcript). Documents issued in SIGAA do not require a signature\/stamp as they have digital authentication. Any other type of declaration\/document must be requested via email at ufrrj.secretariappgeduc@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can a student request a leave of absence from a master\u2019s or doctoral program?<\/strong>
Answer: Yes, the leave of absence will be granted based on the General Regulations for Stricto sensu Graduate Programs at UFRRJ (Article 47). The leave of absence request must be made using a specific form available on the program’s website (Documents Tab \u2013 Course Enrollment Leave) and sent to the email ufrrj.secretariappgeduc@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does PPGEDUC or UFRRJ provide a student ID card?<\/strong>
Answer: No, PPGEDUC\/UFRRJ does not provide a student ID card. Through UFRRJ’s Integrated Management System for Academic Activities (SIGAA), the university provides the following documents, which can be issued in the Student Portal: Proof of Enrollment (Teaching Tab \u2013 Issue Proof of Enrollment) and Certificate of Enrollment for the current academic period (Teaching Tab \u2013 Issue Certificate of Enrollment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can a student access the University Restaurant?<\/strong>
Answer: Any student properly enrolled in undergraduate or graduate courses has access to the University Restaurant (RU). To purchase a ticket, the student must provide their enrollment number, and for access to the restaurant, the student must present their certificate of enrollment and ID. Ticket purchases at the Serop\u00e9dica campus are made in Room 35 of the central building (P1) from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and at the Nova Igua\u00e7u campus, they are made in the Administrative Block, room 310, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
