VII INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM IN VETERINARY SCIENCES, 2020

 

 

The VII INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM IN VETERINARY SCIENCES will be held WHEREVER YOU ARE! (online) on November 09, 11, and 13, 2020 at https://www.isatvideo.com.br/isvs/

 

Our symposium is pleased to bring internationally recognized speakers to share their professional experiences. ISVS gathers graduate students and professors, especially from veterinary sciences.

Registration opens on August 10th, 2020 and closes on November 06th, 2018.

The deadline for abstract submission is September 10th.

To submit your abstract, the first author (who is also responsible for presenting the abstract) should be previously registered at VII ISVS at https://www.isatvideo.com.br/isvs/ using your e-amil and selecting REGITRATION. After register you can repeat the operation to see the streaming area and confirm your registration.

Call for Abstracts

 

  1. Abstracts submission

 

 

  • Abstracts submission willopen on August 10th up to September 10th

 

To submit your abstract the first author (who is also responsible for presenting the abstract) should be previously registered at VII ISVS. All abstract submissions must be made electronically select the abstract submission button and fill the form.

 

The scientific committee will then blindly review the abstracts for inclusion in the scientific program.

 

Each first author (presenting author) can submit ONLY ONE abstract.

 

ABSTRACTS FORMAT AND PRESENTATIONS

 

  1. Language: English; Abstracts should be written in clear and concise English, so that reviewers are able to focus solely on the scientific merits of the submission. We encourage non-English-speaking authors to have their abstracts checked for grammar and spelling prior to submission

 

  1. The text of the abstract’s body must include (at least) goals, methods, and results. Abstract should not have figures, tables nor references. Abstract’s body text should be no more than 1500 characters (with space). The text of the abstract’s body must include (at least) goals, methods, and results.   • The maximum number of authors is FOUR. Indicate author with “last name, first name” format. Separated authors with “;” and use “*” to presenter author. After each author place a sequential number. Please proof your co-authors’ names carefully

 

  1. Use the authors’ sequential number to indicate the correct affiliation. Describe company/university, department, city, state, and country

 

  1. Use a minimum of three and a maximum of five keywords

 

  1. After evaluation, the abstracts will be characterized in two main areas. Ten (10) studies from each area will be selected for an oral presentation of 15 minutes (the presentations will also include the exhibition of their infographics) on November 10th and 12th. The other accepted abstracts will be presented as infographics in a previously recorded video.

 

  • Infographics for oral presentations shall be sent to the e-mail isvs.sincvet@gmail.com. The deadline to send these infographics is October 26, 2020. The E-mail subject must be: “Infographic – Name and surname of the first author”.

 

  • The videos will be uploaded at the PPGCV YouTube channel from November 02 to 15, 2020.

 

  1. Selected abstracts will be announced on October 10th via email.

 

  1. Recorded videos / infographics shall be sent to the email isvs.sincvet@gmail.com via wetransfer.com. Please include the following sentence as a message: “Video – Name and surname of the first author”.

 

  1. All accepted abstracts will be organized in the e-book format and sent via e-mail.

 

 

 

  1. The graphic material shall follow the format 

 

Infographic

16: 9 format or its derivatives, it is suggested 1280×720 (720p) or 1920×1080 (1080p). They must contain explanatory and visually attractive art, with little text and many images.

 

Video

Mandatory .MP4 or .MOV formats, with three (03) minutes maximum. It is suggested using Loom® or OBS. These programs will allow authors to record videos projecting their infographic and include their web-can images. If you feel uncomfortable displaying your image, you can record only your voice.
