Para tanto, seus gestores assumem um papel crucial, pois devem compreender a amplitude conceitual da sustentabilidade e suas infer\u00eancias nas pr\u00e1ticas e resultados organizacionais. Nesse sentido, esse workshop instiga seus participantes a promoverem uma maior e melhor aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre mercado e academia.
