Nesta perspectiva, nosso objetivo \u00e9 fomentar a discuss\u00e3o sobre aspectos culturais, sociais, pol\u00edticos e econ\u00f4micos relativos aos territ\u00f3rios da Pen\u00ednsula e seus dom\u00ednios, desde o estabelecimento do reino visigodo, na Alta Idade M\u00e9dia, at\u00e9 a constitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos reinos cat\u00f3licos da regi\u00e3o e a expans\u00e3o mar\u00edtima, forma\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de seus imp\u00e9rios ultramarinos. O Laborat\u00f3rio tem por meta estimular a reflex\u00e3o acerca da pesquisa e do ensino relacionado aos conte\u00fados referentes aos mundos ib\u00e9ricos, bem como a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de material cient\u00edfico e did\u00e1tico acerca dos mesmos. O LAMI objetiva ainda o est\u00edmulo ao di\u00e1logo interinstitucional e ao estabelecimento de interc\u00e2mbios cient\u00edficos e pedag\u00f3gicos na referida \u00e1rea de conhecimento. Linhas de pesquisa: 1. Cultura e Poder; 2.
